A Quiet Start to the Day
Small rituals before the world arrives
calm · practice
The first ten minutes of a day are quieter than we think. They are also the easiest place to set a tone without a full routine.
Pick one thing that signals safety: a warm drink, a short walk, a single line in a notebook. Make it small enough that you never skip it.
A routine that is too big becomes a test. A routine that is tiny becomes a signal.
If you want more structure later, it can grow. But the signal is the point, not the length.
If this landed with you
Start with one small adjustment you can keep for seven days. Consistency changes the nervous system faster than intensity.
